Im Bereich Coatings entwickelt Synthomer unter anderem w\u00e4ssrige Bindemitteldispersionen f\u00fcr Intumeszenzbeschichtungen, die den schnellen Aufbau eines volumin\u00f6sen Schaumes zur Isolierung von Stahlbauteilen unterst\u00fctzen. In den Forschungs- und Entwicklungslaboren bzw. anwendungstechnische Einrichtungen in Marl arbeitet Synthomer an weiteren Optimierungen von Bindemitteln und testet diese auf ihre Wirksamkeit in Richtrezepturen. Die Bearbeitung erfolgt dabei in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden und erm\u00f6glicht eine zielgerechte Weiterentwicklung der Produkte.<\/span><\/p>\n

Synthomer ist der f\u00fchrende Hersteller von Vinylacetat-Copolymer-Dispersionen f\u00fcr w\u00e4ssrige Intumeszenzbeschichtungen. Emultex 728 ist eine APEO-freie Neuentwicklung, die f\u00fcr einen Schutz von 30 bis 60 Minuten verwendbar ist. Wenn h\u00f6here Anspr\u00fcche an die Beschichtung gestellt werden, eignet sich Emultex 797. Dieses Produkt f\u00f6rdert die Bildung eines stabilen und volumin\u00f6sen Schaumes bei hohen Temperaturen und sch\u00fctzt die Stahlkonstruktion somit bis zu 120 Minuten.<\/span><\/p>\n
