These tests are carried out in close cooperation with customers and allow for a targeted further development of the products.
Synthomer is the leading manufacturer of vinyl acetate copolymer dispersions for aqueous intumescent coatings. Emultex 728 is an APEO-free new development, which can be used for protection for 30 to 60 minutes. If higher demands are placed on the coating, Emultex 797 is suitable. This product promotes the formation of a stable and voluminous foam at high temperatures, thus protecting the steel structure for up to 120 minutes.
